Community Print helps teams coordinate volunteer printing and other practical help.

What we keep

When you sign in by email, we verify your email address using a single-use link and create a private session on your device. We keep your team memberships, print commitments, printer and budget choices for those commitments, proof photos, help offers, and handoff records. Printer preferences may also be remembered in this browser.

What is public

Team names, public build descriptions, model files, requested quantities, aggregate progress, and images a team chooses to publish are public. Build links include social preview images. A volunteer’s email, private proof photos, and help-offer details are restricted to the volunteer and authorized team staff. Exact handoff instructions are shown on authorized commitments rather than public team pages.

Email updates

Resend delivers requested commitment reminders, team invitations, help-offer updates, and handoff notifications. Messages contain the information needed for that update, such as a build name, part IDs, a deadline, or a team note. We do not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. You can turn reminders off on a commitment or use an email’s unsubscribe control.

Service providers

The site runs on Moonshine Labs infrastructure. Records and uploaded files are stored there. Resend sends sign-in links and requested updates. Font assets may be requested from Google Fonts. We do not add advertising trackers.
